I was professionally trained and licensed as a massage therapist in Gainesville, Florida in 1991. Over the nineteen years that I have been practicing I have incorporated my work in a wide range of styles that include: deep tissue, reflexology, swedish, hot stone, acuppressure, stretching, trigger point therapy and sports massage.My massage therapies have also taken me to a variety of places allowing me to practice in a wide variety of settings. Some of these include a private practice in Florida, Iowa and Idaho, on the Jamaican and Hawaiian islands, hot springs and in various massage schools.Most of my sessions include a combination of techniques based on intuitiveness, clients needs and requests. Each massage session will be detailed and result oriented with a muscular healing approach. My intention is for each client to experience head to toe relief from muscular pain, tightness and tension. Massage is the ultimate de-stressor and relaxation for the client's body and mind.
